Documents from Land Republic

What documents do I get from Land Republic after making my first payment?

Land Republic will provide you with the following documents upon paying for a property 😎

1. Invoice & Payment receipt - This comes immediately after payment. (Can have a slight delay of 24 hours based on payment inflows)
2. Acknowledgement Letter - This comes about 24-48 hours after you have received your payment receipt. 
3. Contract of Sale - This comes 3 days after payment receipt has been received
4. Deed of Assignment, Provisional Survey & Allocation Letter - This comes 7 days after completion of payment. This is also sometimes dependent on the allocation date (It can be earlier based on urgency)
